Hello!
I have loved stories and books for almost as long as I can remember. I am a naturally shy person, except when you want to talk about books. So that’s what this blog is about. The books I like and don’t like. Hopefully, you’ll chime in because I want to hear what you think, too.
Other topics will naturally creep in. Like photography, writing and family. There is Mr. Literary Tiger and our children, Charlie and Lola. Mr. LT has resigned himself to the fact that the piles of books will only continue to grow and I will continue to pester him for more bookshelves.
So here’s to reading, writing and reading some more.

I teach across the street from Eudora Welty’s home. She was one of the great Mississippi writers. I took a tour of her house shortly after it was opened to the public. They have tried to leave it, and the grounds, just as she left them. I loved seeing how she had piles of books on the floor and everywhere. There will always be lovers of books, real books.
How cool is that? I love seeing how people keep their books! Thanks for sharing. 🙂
